“Swift” Solar-Powered Sewage Treatment is a solar-powered intelligent sewage treatment equipment. It is designed for on-site treatment of domestic sewage in remote areas. It has an efficient and energy-saving solid-liquid separation system and is powered by solar energy to achieve extreme energy saving.
The project in the video is located in Fangshan District, Beijing, China, with a processing capacity of 50t/d and an installed power of only 1.5kW.
The energy consumption of the equipment is more than 50% lower than that of the integrated equipment of the traditional MBR membrane process. It can be equipped with solar photovoltaic panels and energy storage batteries, and green energy can replace or supplement the consumption of city electricity, reducing carbon emissions. In terms of technology, the microbial flora and EPS in the activated sludge are used under the action of special base membranes and hydraulic flow states to form a micron-level filtration membrane layer, and high-efficiency solid-liquid separation is achieved through microgravity water production.


In terms of technology, “Swift” Solar-Powered Sewage Treatment uses the latest filtration and separation technology to improve processing efficiency and achieve technological breakthroughs. It can meet the discharge standards without sedimentation tanks and deep treatment, which greatly reduces the footprint of the equipment.
In terms of operation, “Swift” Solar-Powered Sewage Treatment uses solar power to greatly reduce operating costs and achieve green operation. 、
In terms of operation, the intelligent control system of the equipment can realize automatic control of the equipment, automatically identify the turbidity of the water, and cooperate with sensors such as flow meters and dissolved oxygen meters to achieve remote operation and monitoring.
