Process Introduction

Technology Comparison

The flux of bacterial sieve filtration is 50-60LMH, and the filtration performance can be restored by automatic gas flushing. It is simple to operate, greatly reduce cleaning cost and damage frequency of the membrane.

Operation Mode

This equipment intelligently switches the operation mode by controlling valve. When the turbidity of the bacterial sieve filter unit is less than 1 NTU, the system automatically starts backwashing. The whole process is fully automatic control by PLC, reducing the manual demand, operation and maintenance is simple.

Green power system

This sewage treatment equipment is equipped with solar energy and electric power, this two way can achieve millisecond switching, ensure the equipment operation. Compared to the traditional way can reduce more than 80% of power consumption.
