Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Systems - Comprehensive Upgrade Now Available!

2025-05-13

In the current context where water quality safety is highly concerned, many households and businesses still face challenges with RO water treatment solutions - prohibitive initial costs, complex maintenance procedures, and frequent filter replacements continue to hinder widespread adoption of effective purification systems. Addressing these critical issues, our R&D team has completely redesigned production processes to deliver next-generation Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Systems with full-chain upgrades.

The newly upgraded Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Systems are engineered for high-efficiency purification, offering flexible capacity options from 0.5 to 10t/h to meet diverse residential, commercial and industrial requirements. Incorporating advanced five-stage filtration combined with UV disinfection, the systems effectively remove heavy metals, bacteria, viruses and over 98% of dissolved salts, effectively resolving water contamination and scale accumulation issues.

Featuring modular design and customizable configurations, the systems allow comprehensive customization based on specific operational needs. Through optimized production processes and intelligent management systems, users can achieve 20-30% reduction in comprehensive costs while maintaining superior water purification performance.

I.New Feature Releases

1. 5-Stage Precision Filtration | Advanced Purification

The new RO water purification all-in-one system has upgraded its filtration and disinfection system, featuring a ‌five-stage composite filtration process‌: "multi-media filter + activated carbon + softener + precision filter + RO membrane" filtration sequence. This five-stage process progressively removes impurities, such as sediments, colloids, heavy metals, and other contaminants. Additionally, it is equipped with a ‌UV disinfection module‌ at the final stage to comprehensively enhance water purity.

2.Smart Automation | Simplified One-Touch Operation

The control system is fully upgraded, and an optional intelligent control system can be equipped to monitor the water quality and filter element status in real time. It has filter element life reminder and fault self-inspection functions, and automatically triggers safety mechanisms such as water shortage shutdown and full water protection. Realize one-click operation and make it more convenient to use.

3.Expanded Standard Models | Flexible Customization Options

Based on the water quality and water output requirements in many regions, 10 models ranging from 0.5 to 10 t/h are configured, which are suitable for surface water, groundwater, tap water and rainwater treatment. The equipment and can be used in multiple scenarios, such as domestic water, catering industry, industry, animal husbandry et al.. The detail parameters are as follows:

Optional components include: membrane cleaning system, insulation, container shell, etc.

If there are detailed equipment configuration requirements, we can assemble and configure the equipment according to the drawings/documents.

II. How to Acquire Upgraded Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Systems

If you're considering our new-generation Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Systems, HYHH offers expertise  service in tailored design and manufacturing. To optimize your water treatment solution, we recommend evaluating the following factors:

1.Water Source Analysis

There are usually significant differences in the turbidity, pH, total dissolved solids (TDS) and other factors of different water source, so the standard models may not be suitable for all of them. Therefore, please try your best to provide complete water quality reports and data, and we will adjust the pretreatment equipment and filter media accordingly to meet the water quality treatment requirements.

2. Treatment Requirements

Daily use, drinking, irrigation, aquaculture and industry have different requirements for effluent water quality. High treatment requirements may require secondary RO purification and deep disinfection. Please provide usage scenarios, treatment requirements and water quality requirements to avoid the situation where the equipment cannot fulfill the specific needs.

3. On-site conditions

The voltage, number of phases, and frequency vary in different countries. The standard configuration is 380V, three-phase , 50Hz. If there are any other requirements, please provide detailed requirements. In addition, the equipment installation location (indoor or outdoor), the lowest temperature in winter and the rainy season cycle may all affects device configuration, such as whether to equip the insulation system and equipment casing.

The above are just a few things you may need to consider before purchasing equipment. In some cases, you may only need to provide the water output of the RO reverse osmosis integrated machine and the standard equipment can meet most of your needs. In addition, our technicians can help you determine the required requirements and provide some practical cases for reference.

We hope this guide has empowered you to select the ideal Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System for your needs. For further inquiries or to discuss customized solutions, please feel free to contact with HYHH. Our team is ready to provide expert guidance tailored to your specific requirements.
