Ershang Shilou Pig Breeding Base Construction Project in Beijing

Process: ① Wastewater: Solid-liquid separation + slurry homogenization and preheating + two-stage CSTR anaerobic fermentation + anaerobic fermentation pond storage.
② Manure: Aerobic fermentation + organic fertilizer granulation.
③ Biogas process: Biogas dehydration + biogas desulfurization + double-membrane gas holder + biogas boiler.

Project introduction: The project is located in Shilou Town, Fangshan District, Beijing. The designed water volume is 700 cubic meters per day. For the wastewater, the process of solid-liquid separation + slurry homogenization and preheating + two-stage CSTR anaerobic fermentation is adopted. The sewage generated after fermentation flows by gravity to the black membrane anaerobic fermentation pond and the storage pond for storage and stabilization, and then is used for farmland irrigation. The biogas generated after fermentation is purified and pressurized and then used as the combustion gas source for the boiler. The heat generated is used for system heating and heating within the sewage treatment station. The biogas process includes biogas dehydration + biogas desulfurization + double-membrane gas holder + biogas boiler. After treatment, the manure can all be used as fertilizers for organic planting. The manure treatment process is aerobic fermentation + organic fertilizer granulation. The main purpose is to realize the resource utilization of the sewage and manure generated in the pig breeding base in the breeding industry.
